To me… being a Barber is AWESOME! I wouldn't work any other Job unless I absolutely had to, because Barbering is a merit based business if you do good work, keep your schedule consistent, and treat customers well you can make a great living with pay comparable to any of the other master level trades. You don't have to brown nose or back bite anyone to get ahead as a Barber, there's little to no politics in our shop just follow the few shop rules, do your job well, and get paid!
